How long will it take me to onboard?

Onboarding timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of your business. Larger organizations with multiple departments or compliance requirements may take slightly longer, while startups and smaller companies typically move faster. That said, our team is extremely efficient, most clients are fully onboarded and ready to operate within 2 weeks or less.

What if I don’t have a design yet?

No problem! Our in-house design team can help bring your vision to life from concept to production. We work closely with you to develop designs that align with your brand, functionality, and manufacturing goals. Throughout the process, we also take the necessary steps to protect your intellectual property (IP) and ensure your ideas remain safe from start to finish.

Are there hidden fees?

Of course. Once we begin working with your selected factory, you’re welcome to visit and see the operation firsthand. Our goal is to build a strong, transparent relationship between you and your manufacturing partner, because when both sides trust and understand each other, it leads to better terms, smoother communication, and long-term success.
